Chadron State College Title IX Office Purpose
The purpose of the CSC Title IX Office is to develop, implement, and monitor campus-wide efforts to ensure compliance with Title IX legislation. The Title IX Office serves as a central resource on sexual discrimination related issues.
The office provides ongoing training and education to students, staff, and faculty, as well as programming and events that discuss issues such as healthy relationships, sexual violence, stalking, intimate partner violence, bystander intervention, and consent.
If you believe yourself or someone else has been subjected to sexual harassment or sex-based discrimination on the Chadron State College campus, you may report the misconduct to Interim Title IX Coordinator Morgan Cullan at 308-430-0980 or by emailing titleixcoordinator@deryad.com. If there is an immediate threat, contact 911 (or dial 9-911 on campus phones).

Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Statement
Sexual violence and sexual harassment are prohibited by law and by Board policy 3020 and Chadron State College. Discrimination or harassment based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, age, disability, or other protected status is not tolerated on our campus communities. Sex discrimination includes sexual assault, sex/gender harassment, dating or domestic violence, sexual violence, stalking, and retaliation. The college will take reasonable and appropriate action to prevent, correct, and discipline harassing or violent behavior that is found to violate Board policies and principles of equal opportunity and access.
Chadron State College and the Board of Trustees of the Nebraska State Colleges are committed to providing an environment in which all students who participate in College programs and activities can work together in an atmosphere free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, or violence.
